1. Is it safe to use my credit card? Yes! We have taken every precaution to make your transactions secure. Our Web-site is built and hosted by Yahoo!™ Store which utilizes industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Encryption. All account information submitted to us is kept confidential and secure.

2. Do I have to pay sales tax? Sales tax will apply to residents of California.

3. How can I pay for my order? We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

4. How much will my shipping charges be? Our normal ship method is Ground Freight within the continental United States of America and you will be billed according to the freight couriers pricing sheet. In addition, we offer a host of expedited shipping options for you to select from. We only process orders for the continental United States of America, we do not ship internationally.

5. What if you don't have all of the items in stock? If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you by email with an ETA. If your not satisfied with the ETA we will give you the option to cancel your order.
