Returns & Exchanges
- If the product that was shipped is defective, you must
contact us within 4 days of receipt. If for any reason
you wish to return your purchase,
contact us within 10 days of purchase. No returns or exchanges after 30 days from invoice date.
- All returned items must have an RMA (Return Material
Authorization) number. Any products sent to us without an
RMA number will be refused.
- All returns/exchanges must be in original packing and
unused.
Do not make any marks on products or product packaging. Credit will be issued only after inspection.
All RMA products are subject to rejection by BarCode Base if the product(s) have been used; missing parts; any writing(s) or marking(s) on the original packaging; missing serial number(s); and/or other damage inflicted on the product(s)/packing(s) by the buyer that would prohibit the product(s) from being re-sold as new.
Non-returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable
- software
- parts
- cables
- labels, ribbons, printheads, and all other consumables
Restock Fee's
- No Restock Fee on DOA (dead on arrival) products.
- A Restock Fee will be applied to all other returned products.
